When you are filled with gratitude for all that is good in your life and appreciate everything that you have, you simply cannot feel fear, anger, or sadness at the same time. It’s physically impossible!
Two great ways to bring gratitude and lasting happiness into your home are: Keep a gratitude journal. Write in it each morning all the things that you are truly grateful for. Aim for 40 to 50 things and if you get stuck simply look around where you are and begin to appreciate everything around you. Many people do not have the comforts of your life. Walk or sit quietly and begin saying in your mind “I’m grateful for my health. I’m grateful for my sight. I’m grateful for the blue sky.” Keep going until you are filled with gratitude and appreciation for your life.
