I’ve always enjoyed rising early, and what I’ve noticed is that other successful people do the same thing. It’s not that sleeping in doesn’t have the same appeal to us, it’s just that the feeling of starting the day on top of things is just to good an opportunity to miss!

So, just for this week try get up 15 minutes earlier. Put the alarm outside of your room so you CAN’T hit snooze, and know what your going to do with that extra 15 minutes that’s productive and will shape your mood and day to be fantastic!

Remember, every day you get up just a little earlier you’re closer to success, don’t beat yourself up, or make a big deal of missing a few days, just keep working at it and celebrating every success!
